Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Paraplanning, working closely with planner to identify investment needs that includes analyzing
clients’ needs and researching and recommending suitable products aligned to those needs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative ways to gain exposure for client
programs
• Assist in monitoring active marketing program and developing ways to improve campaigns
• Function as data entry clerk
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the client
• Calendar management, including appointment setting
• Monitor, books, and managers all travel managements for directors
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including electronic mails
• Maintains and updates confidential files
Minimum Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in administration, ideally with an Australian financial planner
• Graduate of Business Administration or related course
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Familiar with XPLAN software
• Familiar in Paraplanning related to financial & investment needs
• Keen to learn new concepts quickly and independently
• Highly motivated with an exceptional work ethic and client focus with very strong attention to
details
