With his extensive experience he progressed in the arena of Operations Management, Project Management, and Account Management in which he was able to then apply his knowledge and skills within a start up and established company.
He has also an excellent exposure and has participated in several training sessions, workshops and seminars in the Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand.
As a business solution specialist, I am passionate about building long-lasting relationships, understanding client’s goals and pain points and sharing information on how to successfully set up, and manage a staff member of Profitmaster. I focus primarily on helping Accountants, Mortgage Brokers, and Financial Planners to grow their business by giving them back time. I also assist Constuction, Marketing and Engineering firms, as well as other industries requiring technical, administration or customer service roles.

She has extensive experience in managing employee benefits, employee relations issues, and maintaining employee records. At Profitmaster, Liza plays a critical role in managing the company’s HR and administrative functions.
In her current position, Liza is responsible for overseeing employee recruitment and retention, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, she manages the day-to-day administrative functions of the company, including managing vendor relationships, office supplies, and facilities management.
Liza’s work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment are well-known in the industry. Annalyn Bejec’s career at Profitmaster has seen her working across data research, processing, social media management, and employee relations. She started work at Profitmaster as a data processor and was the recipient of our first Profitmaster Education Scholarship for her degree at Angeles University Foundation. Upon graduation, she has been working in various areas of the company’s operations including data research and analytics, social media, employee relations and administration.
Annalyn’s engagement with management and staff, together with her creativity and attention to detail have made her a valuable asset to the company. After a period as Employee Relations and Administration Officer working in the Human Resources department, she currently operates our facilities management function, ensuring the office facilities run smoothly.
Recently, Annalyn was promoted as an assistant manager with additional responsibilities including company secretarial support and relationship management with suppliers and other outside stakeholders.
Glenda Tiglao Cunanan as an Accountant for more than 20 years, has been able to adapt the value of being an honest, transparent, and committed person to whatever task/work has been assigned to her. She is currently a company Senior Accountant at Profitmaster BPO, Inc which specializes in outsourcing services like Accounting, Engineering, IT, Virtual Assistant and Administrative support. Her current role is to prepare all the accounting reports like the Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, Forecasting and budgeting and more. Being able to help how the company achieve its goals and make a profit is already an achievement for us as an accountant. She believes that every dream can achieve through hard work, persistence, commitment and faith in Lord.
She was a graduate of Holy Angel University in Angeles City Pampanga Philippines with a Bachelor of Science Major in Accountancy year 2000. She started her career as an ana accounting staff in a motorcycle dealer, and after almost 2 years move into a manufacturing company as a bookkeeper, after 1 year promoted to supervisor lasted for 4 years. She transferred into the hotel industry where she lasted for more than 10 years as a Chief Accountant and Accounting Manager.
