Primary responsibilities will include but not limited to:

●Improve client’s productivity through task and email management, scheduling and other administrative work
●Manage social media accounts and websites postings while following best practices of ahigh
●converting websites. This includes but not limited to, creating landing pages, updating site pages, changing images/videos, resizing and optimizing, updating databases, etc.
●Develop a direct mail marketing campaign using Hubspot and/or other marketing automation platform
●Liaise, innovate and collaborate with the team to be aligned on the project objectives
●Monitor website performance and other key performance metrics
●CRM Management and lead generation
●Conduct any ad hoc tasks & projects as required by the client
● SEO (ON-page and Off-page)
● Develop and manage WordPress CMS
● Manage CMS content using DIVI themes
● Html and CSS
● Graphic design and optimisation for content images
● Develop and maintain Hubspot CRM
● Content Writing with SEO
● Google Ads Certified
● Set up and optimise Google Ads (PPC, CPC)
● Social media marketing/management (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram andPinterest)
● Set up and optimise Facebook Ads (Internally and for clients)
● Set up and optimise Linkedin Ads (Internally and for clients)
● Linkedin marketing (Internally and for clients)

Qualifications:

●Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing Studies or equivalent
●Minimum of 2 years working experience in the related field
●Required experience on social media management, admin, research, customer service
●Preferably exposed to digital marketing or equivalent
●With data mining experience and working knowledge of SEO and search engine analytics is an advantage
●Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
