CEO - Profitmaster Global Outsourcing
Founder and CEO of Profitmaster Global Outsourcing, Richard is a Philippines outsourcing expert. He has driven the Profitmaster vision to become a respected provider of accounting and other professional services staff to businesses across Australia.

With over 30 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, Richard uses his financial knowledge and expertise to help his clients build very profitable businesses and welcomes opportunities to connect and do business with other business owners and executives interested in getting the best from their teams through outsourcing.

Richard uses his experience to align the growth and development of our Australian clients with the skills of our Philippines team, who have shown that best service and best quality are deliverable goals to businesses throughout the world.

His passion lies in ensuring our clients, our staff and their families receive maximum value and
enjoyment from their work.

Although he lives in Queensland, Richard regularly travels to the Philippines and enjoys our business and social culture here.

Michael Domingo

General Manager

Michael is a proactive and highly motivated individual who has over 17 years of experience in the BPO and ICT industry and specialises in Customer Service and Technical Operations in both Call Centre and Help Desk environments, locally and abroad.

With his extensive experience he progressed in the arena of Operations Management, Project Management, and Account Management in which he was able to then apply his knowledge and skills within a start up and established company.

He has also an excellent exposure and has participated in several training sessions, workshops and seminars in the Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand.

Delia MacKenzie

Director - Client Engagement and Growth

As a business solution specialist, I am passionate about building long-lasting relationships, understanding client’s goals and pain points and sharing information on how to successfully set up, and manage a staff member of Profitmaster. I focus primarily on helping Accountants, Mortgage Brokers, and Financial Planners to grow their business by giving them back time. I also assist Constuction, Marketing and Engineering firms, as well as other industries requiring technical, administration or customer service roles.

 

The goal of offshoring is to increase revenue, improve customer service and reduce the cost of employment. We offer a premium service and manage the process end to end to make sure offshoring is easy, successful, rewarding and empowering.

 

I love working with a rapidly growing team at Profitmaster, their work ethic, experience and skills are fantastic. I am very pleased to be able to offer a great work environment and competitive salary to help them develop their careers and support their families.

 

I am a motivated and attentive business consultant in Melbourne, providing industry-specific solutions that promote business efficiency. I am able to prioritise, perform well under pressure, deliver results and meet deadlines. I am reliable and approachable, I am able to adapt to varying customer requirements.

 

As well as loving my job, I am a mum of 4 children. One is finished school and plays professional AFL, 2 are at high school and 1 is in grade 6. We all love sport, so there is a lot of activity on the weekends. I run, cycle and used to be a yoga instructor, now I only practice yoga.

As a family, we love the outdoors, travel and never say no to an adventure or new opportunities.

Liza Arcilla

HR & Admin Manager

Liza Arcilla is an experience HR and Admin Manager with over 15 years of experience. As a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her deep understanding of HR laws and regulations and effective talent development strategies make her a valuable asset to any organization.

Liza has a proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with business strategies and objectives. She has extensive experience in managing employee benefits, employee relations issues, and maintaining employee records. At Profitmaster, Liza plays a critical role in managing the company’s HR and administrative functions.

In her current position, Liza is responsible for overseeing employee recruitment and retention, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, she manages the day-to-day administrative functions of the company, including managing vendor relationships, office supplies, and facilities management.

Liza’s work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment are well-known in the industry. She is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest HR and administrative trends and best practices, constantly seeking new ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of her team.

Annalyn Bejec

Assistant Manager, Administration

Annalyn Bejec’s career at Profitmaster has seen her working across data research, processing, social media management, and employee relations. She started work at Profitmaster as a data processor and was the recipient of our first Profitmaster Education Scholarship for her degree at Angeles University Foundation. Upon graduation, she has been working in various areas of the company’s operations including data research and analytics, social media, employee relations and administration.

Annalyn’s engagement with management and staff, together with her creativity and attention to detail have made her a valuable asset to the company. After a period as Employee Relations and Administration Officer working in the Human Resources department, she currently operates our facilities management function, ensuring the office facilities run smoothly.

Recently, Annalyn was promoted as an assistant manager with additional responsibilities including company secretarial support and relationship management with suppliers and other outside stakeholders.

Glenda Cunanan

Company Accountant

Glenda Tiglao Cunanan as an Accountant for more than 20 years, has been able to adapt the value of being an honest, transparent, and committed person to whatever task/work has been assigned to her. She is currently a company Senior Accountant at Profitmaster BPO, Inc which specializes in outsourcing services like Accounting, Engineering, IT, Virtual Assistant and Administrative support. Her current role is to prepare all the accounting reports like the Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, Forecasting and budgeting and more. Being able to help how the company achieve its goals and make a profit is already an achievement for us as an accountant. She believes that every dream can achieve through hard work, persistence, commitment and faith in Lord.

She was a graduate of Holy Angel University in Angeles City Pampanga Philippines with a Bachelor of Science Major in Accountancy year 2000. She started her career as an ana accounting staff in a motorcycle dealer, and after almost 2 years move into a manufacturing company as a bookkeeper, after 1 year promoted to supervisor lasted for 4 years. She transferred into the hotel industry where she lasted for more than 10 years as a Chief Accountant and Accounting Manager.

Mark Lee Resurreccion

Mark Lee’s expertise lies in troubleshooting, problem resolution, and ensuring a seamless IT experience for clients. His hands-on experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of various IT systems and technologies, allowing him to adapt quickly to evolving industry trends.
 
Beyond technical skills, Mark Lee is known for his strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach. He believes in building lasting relationships with clients by not only addressing their immediate concerns but also by providing proactive solutions to enhance overall IT functionality.
