Yes. Under our dedicated staffing arrangement, your team member works exclusively for your business during their agreed working hours. They become part of your team, getting to know your business, processes and ways of working. 

Costs depend on the role, level of experience and working arrangement. Your proposal sets out the monthly fees, any setup fees and the services included, such as recruitment, employment administration, payroll and ongoing support. We’ll also clarify equipment, software licences and any additional costs before you go ahead. 

You set their tasks, priorities and work expectations, just as you would for your Australian team. Profitmaster looks after employment and HR administration and supports the agreed working arrangement. We also work with you to address any concerns and help your team member settle in.

We use confidentiality agreements, staff procedures and IT security measures to help protect your information. Access to your systems is agreed with you and limited to what your team member needs for their role. Before they start, we work with your team to confirm access arrangements and any specific security requirements.
