Job Description
Key Capabilities
- Develop and follow up on business leads.
 - Cold calling, direct emailing, and other lead generating operations (inbound/outbound).
 - Contact businesses or private individuals via telephone.
 - Collect customer information such as name, address, and payment method, then enter orders into computers.
 - Obtain potential consumers’ names and phone numbers from telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists obtained from other businesses.
 - Maintain records for contacts, accounts, and orders.
 - Deliver prepared sales speeches, reading from scripts that describe items or services, to urge potential consumers to buy or donate.
 - Set up appointments for sales staff to meet with potential customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
 - Verify the book appointments established by the agent.
 - Conduct a call.
 
Key Performance Indicators
a. Minimum number of Appointments per week : 10 appointments per week (2 per day)b. Maximum Burn Rate : 1 appointment in 70 leads as a maximumc. Minimum conversion rate for SEEN Appointments : Minimum of 2 per week (maybe 1) but 0 not acceptabled. Booking per Call : 2.0%e. Minimum answered calls of 40 (qualified, disqualified, not interested, call back and hang up)
